We consulted a well-esteemed architect from the neighborhood to guide us in the renovation process and ensure it would be carried out seamlessly, utilizing his deep understanding of the area and the property's potential. His vision emphasizes how the home can be transformed to fully harness its unique features, including plans to enhance the space with an expanded urban terrace that blends indoor and outdoor living to create a more spacious and inviting environment.

Our return to our roots was driven by professional reasons.  Otherwise, the envisioned renovations would already be under construction. These changes were planned to highlight and maximize the property's potential, offering an even more dynamic and livable space.
